At Index, all orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday during standard business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via UPS. Fragrance products are shipped using UPS Ground in compliance with U.S. shipping regulations.
Estimated Delivery
- UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
Important Notice
Due to U.S. regulations, fragrance products cannot be shipped by air and must be transported via ground shipping.
Non-fragrance items, such as lotions and other body care products, may be eligible for air shipping. However, orders containing fragrance will be shipped via ground service.
